Returns

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO CHANGE A PRODUCT :

You have 20 days to change a product.

Changes are only for sizes, colors and faulty items. For changes of a different product you should return it and place a new order.

Changes are completely free.

To request a change:

1. Go to "order history".

2. Click on the affected order and select the product/s the click on "request return".

3. Once we receive your request we will send you an email with a pre-paid Royal Mail label that you'll need to print and put on the package.

4. You can drop the package a the Post Office of your convenience.

5. When we receive the returned package, we will create a new order with the requested product and send it to you.

 

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RETURN AN ORDER:
 
You have 20 days from the delivery date to return all products you want.
 
Please ensure all garments are unused, as sold, with original package and tags.
To request a return:

4. You can drop the package a the Post Office of your convenience.

5. When we receive the returned package, we reimburse you in the same payment method of your order.
